The licensed products included in the software (the applications, tools, services and materials provided herein (“Online Service”) are confidential and proprietary to Supplylogix and Supplylogix’ licensors. The Online Services may only be used for your internal management, reference and informational purposes (collectively, the “Authorized Use”). Without limitation, the Authorized Use expressly excludes: (i) making copies of any aspect of the Online Service, including the webpage, your licensed version of the Online Service, and any underlying data or software related to the Online Service, for purposes of distribution by sale or other transfer of ownership, or by rental, lease, lending, or other commercial arrangement; (ii) reverse engineering, decompiling or modification of the Online Services, in whole or in part.
